Khawahish Discusses Her OTT Debut And Role In Watcho's Exclusive Series 'Flash'

Actress Khawahish recently made her mark in the digital entertainment space with her debut in the Watcho Exclusive series "Flash." Alongside co-stars Anshul Pandey and Sagar Kapoor, she brings to life the character of Aksha Chauhan, a role that intertwines mystery and allure. Before stepping into the world of web series, Khawahish honed her skills in modelling and appeared in several high-profile advertisements, setting the stage for her breakthrough role.

In "Flash," Khawahish's character Aksha Chauhan lures Vansh, portrayed by Vansh Kundra, into a photoshoot filled with unexpected twists. The series, directed by Shaurya Singh, is a captivating narrative set against the backdrop of a luxurious yet mysterious penthouse. As the story progresses, it delves into a complex maze of deception, unveiling the enigmatic identity of Aksha and the dark secrets she harbors.

Discussing her journey to "Flash," Khawahish shared insights into her audition process and the factors that led her to accept this challenging role. "It was my first opportunity, and I really didn't want to let it slip away. This was my first shot at being part of a web series, and I had auditioned for various roles before finally getting selected for this one. I was incredibly excited because this opportunity meant a lot to me," she expressed. The actress also highlighted the engaging storyline and her positive interaction with director Shaurya Sharma as key reasons for her involvement in the project.

Despite this being her debut acting role, Khawahish feels a natural affinity towards the camera, stemming from her previous experiences in photography, videography, and modelling. "I've always loved being in front of the camera; it's always been amazing. I still enjoy being behind the camera sometimes," she remarked.

When asked about what drew her to the character of Aksha Chauhan, Khawahish pointed out the blend of kindness and determination that defines Aksha. "What attracted me to the character was her kindness and her determination to take control of her own destiny and seek revenge. She was a nice girl, but she also had the courage to take matters into her own hands. I liked that she was both sweet and strong," she explained.

On reflecting whether there's a personal connection with Aksha, Khawahish mused, "I haven't really thought about it much, but I suppose there might be a little connection. You can find a bit of yourself in every person to some extent."
