Chandu Champion, produced by Sajid Nadiadwala under Nadiadwala Grandson Entertainment, revolves around the inspirational journey of Murlikant Petkar, India's pioneering Paralympics gold medalist. Kartik Aaryan plays the titular role in it.

Bhagyashri Borse, originally a model who transitioned into acting, made her acting debut with a small role in Yaariyan 2 (2023). In the film, she portrayed Raajlaxmi, the former girlfriend of Abhay Singh Katyal (played by Yash Dasgupta), who tragically passes away in an accident.
Following the release of Yaariyan 2, she secured a role in the Telugu film Mr Bachchan, alongside Ravi Teja. Recently, there have been speculations that she might star in Vijay Deverakonda's upcoming project, VD12.
While Chandu Champion makers kept her identity a secret, the actress has been open about her association with the film in which she just has a 5-minute special appearance opposite Kartik Aaryan.
