Kareena Kapoor Khan, a beloved figure in Bollywood following her performance in "Jaane Jaan" last year, is currently making waves with her latest film. Directed by Rajesh Krishnan, "Crew" is a flying heist comedy that has garnered significant attention. The film stars an impressive ensemble cast including Tabu, Kapil Sharma, Diljit Dosanjh, and Kriti Sanon, with the leading ladies portraying air hostesses.
The film opened to a promising start at the box office, collecting Rs 9.25 crores on its first day. Over the opening weekend, "Crew" experienced a slight increase in its box office collection. According to a report by Sacnilk, "Crew" amassed Rs 3.01 crores on its seventh day (first Thursday), bringing its total collection to Rs 43.76 crores. Predictions for the eighth day (second Friday) suggest earnings between Rs 2.5 to 3 crores, potentially pushing the total past the Rs 45 crores mark before the second weekend. The film is currently competing against Ajay Devgn's "Shaitaan" and the Hollywood blockbuster "Godzilla x Kong: The New Empire."
In a recent statement, Kareena Kapoor Khan expressed her enthusiasm for "Crew," describing it as a blend of comedy, heist elements, and commercial masala with three women leading the narrative. She highlighted the film's light-hearted and enjoyable nature, suggesting it as a must-watch for fans eager to see her in a beloved role.
