Crew Box Office Day 10: Kareena Kapoor's Comedy Nears 60Cr Milestone

Kareena Kapoor Khan is currently basking in the success of her latest film, "Crew," which has garnered a positive response at the box office. Directed by Rajesh Krishnan, this flying heist comedy features an ensemble cast including Tabu, Kriti Sanon, Diljit Dosanjh, and Kapil Sharma. Notably, "Crew" emerged as the third highest opener of 2024, trailing behind "Fighter" and "Shaitaan."

The film kicked off its box office journey with an impressive opening day collection of Rs 9.25 crores. Despite experiencing a significant drop in collections by 60% on the first Monday (day 4), "Crew" has been striving to maintain a steady performance. The movie is on its way to crossing the Rs 50 crores mark.

The second weekend proved to be beneficial for "Crew," witnessing a 40% growth in collections on the ninth day (second Saturday), with earnings of Rs 5.25 crores. This surge brought the total collections to Rs 52.75 crores. Based on current trends, it is anticipated that the film will collect between Rs 5-7 crores on the tenth day (second Sunday), potentially reaching close to Rs 60 crores.

With "Bade Miyan Chote Miyan" and "Maidaan" slated for release on Eid this year, it remains to be seen how "Crew" will fare against these competitors.
