Comedian and actor Kapil Sharma has reportedly received a death threat, adding him to the list of Bollywood celebrities facing similar situations. The threat urged the 43-year-old to take the message seriously. Previously, stars like Salman Khan, Rajpal Yadav, and Remo D'Souza have also been targeted. The sender emphasized the seriousness of the situation in their communication.

The threat was sent via email and is believed to have originated from Pakistan, according to a report by Free Press Journal. The email warned Sharma that his actions are being monitored closely. It stressed that this is not a publicity stunt or harassment attempt, urging him to keep the matter confidential.

The email further stated that if the sender's demands were not met within eight hours, there could be "dangerous consequences." However, the specific demands remain undisclosed. Other celebrities like Remo D'Souza, Rajpal Yadav, and Sugandha Mishra have also reportedly received similar threats at different times.

Authorities have taken action by registering an FIR under Section 351(3) of the BNS against the individual responsible for these threats. The Amboli Police are handling the investigation into these alarming emails targeting multiple Bollywood figures.

There is speculation about whether this threat is linked to Lawrence Bishnoi's gang. However, it seems unlikely as the sender identified themselves as 'Vishnu' using an email address '[email protected].' Bishnoi's gang has been known for targeting Salman Khan due to his involvement in a blackbuck poaching case from 1998.

Khan has been on Bishnoi's hitlist since he killed a blackbuck during the filming of 'Hum Saath Saath Hain' in Rajasthan. This incident has led to multiple threats against him over time from Bishnoi's associates.

This series of threats highlights ongoing security concerns for Bollywood personalities. Authorities continue their investigations to ensure safety and bring those responsible to justice.
