Kanguva Box Office Collection Day 14: Suriya’s Film Surpasses Vettaiyan With Steady Earnings

Suriya's latest film, Kanguva, is generating significant attention. This epic fantasy action drama, directed by Siva, features a star-studded cast including Disha Patani, Bobby Deol, and Yogi Babu. The film marks the Tamil debut for both Bobby and Disha and showcases Suriya in a dual role. Notably, this project is Bobby's first collaboration with Suriya.

In Kanguva, Bobby Deol takes on the role of the main antagonist, captivating audiences with his intense portrayal. The narrative follows Francis Theodore, played by Suriya, a bounty hunter in 2024 linked to a tribal warrior's promise from 1070. Released in multiple languages including Hindi and Tamil, the film has received positive reviews.

The box office performance of Kanguva saw an increase during its second weekend but faced a decline starting the second Monday. As per Sacnilk's report, it earned Rs 13 lakhs on day 12 and Rs 12 lakhs on day 13. By day 14, earnings dropped further to Rs 12 lakhs, bringing its total Hindi market collection to Rs 14.42 crores in the second week.

Kanguva has been compared to Rajinikanth's Vettaiyan but managed to surpass it in earnings. On its second Wednesday post-release, Kanguva collected Rs 10 lakhs in the Hindi market. Observers are keen to see if it will reach Rs 15 crores before the third weekend.
