In a recent conversation with Filmibeat, Jasmine discussed her journey into Punjabi cinema.
When asked about her entry into the Punjabi film industry, Jasmine explained, "It happened post Bigg Boss. I think Bigg Boss gave me a wide visibility because of which post the reality show I got many movie offers from Hindi, OTT, and Punjabi as well. I always wanted to do Punjabi films because you relate to the cultural background, and you feel like you want to work in this environment."

"So, a few offers came, and I wasn't happy because everybody knows I am very choosy; then when I got Honeymoon I thought that this will be a decently good debut for me in Punjabi. So, that's how I made my debut there," she added.
