Govinda's Wife Sunita Ahuja Explains Her Reluctance To Join Kapil Sharma's Show

Sunita Ahuja, the spouse of actor Govinda, has recently been in the limelight. She has shared fascinating details about her life, her husband's stardom, and their experiences. One interesting story she revealed was about a fan who stayed at their home for 20 days by working as a maid. Sunita also shared her thoughts on reality shows and other topics.

During an appearance on the Time Out with Ankit podcast, Sunita was asked if she would replace Archana Puran Singh on Kapil Sharma's comedy show. She answered honestly, mentioning that she doesn't get along with Kashmera Shah and Krushna Abhishek, Govinda's nephew. This strained relationship influenced her decision.

Govinda's last film role was in "Rangeela Raja" in 2019, directed by Pahlaj Nihalani. Unfortunately, the movie did not do well at the box office. Meanwhile, The Great Indian Kapil Show Season 2 is set to premiere its first episode on September 21. The show will feature returning cast members like Sunil Grover, Krushna Abhishek, Kiku Sharda, and Rajiv Thakur.

The upcoming season of Kapil Sharma's show promises an exciting line-up of guests including Alia Bhatt, Karan Johar, Vedang Raina, Jr. NTR, Saif Ali Khan, Janhvi Kapoor, and the cast of Fabulous Lives of Bollywood Wives Season 3.

Sunita elaborated that she would have considered joining Kapil's show if certain people were not part of it. "Karti main agar wo log nahi hote toh karti (Had they not been there, I would have done it). He is with Kapil Na. Otherwise, I would have loved to do it," she said.

In another interview, Sunita mentioned receiving offers to join Bigg Boss. However, she expressed dissatisfaction with these offers. She even criticised the makers of Bigg Boss OTT, hosted by Anil Kapoor this year, questioning if they would ask Gauri Khan to participate in such shows. "Do you think we're struggling financially? I don't even watch Bigg Boss," she remarked.
