In an unexpected incident early Tuesday, actor Govinda suffered a gunshot wound to his leg. The mishap occurred at his home when his revolver accidentally discharged while he was storing it. He was quickly taken to Criti Care Hospital in Mumbai. Thankfully, the injury was not severe, and he is now on the road to recovery.

Following the incident, Govinda's nephew, Krushna Abhishek, updated fans about his uncle's condition via social media. In an Instagram post, he reassured everyone that Govinda was recovering well and thanked fans for their support. He stated, "Mama is feeling better now. Thank you all for your prayers and love.
