Godzilla Minus One OTT Release Date & Platform Updates: After the surge of k-drama and Chinese drama in India, Japanese content has found its audience in the country, thanks to the pandemic. The Godzilla franchise is popular worldwide. Apart from Hollywood, Japanese filmmakers have also been making Godzilla movies for years. After a long wait, the 2023 Japanese blockbuster 'Godzilla Minus One' is finally streaming on OTT platforms.
Written and directed by Takashi Yamazaki, the Japanese live-action film marks the 33rd Japanese language Godzilla film and the 37th installment in the franchise overall. Amid much anticipation, 'Godzilla Minus One' arrived in theatres in Japan in November 2023. The film had released in the US on 1st December last year.

Set in post-World War II Japan, the film follows the story of a kamikaze pilot suffering from post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) after encountering the giant monster 'Godzilla'.
The movie stars Ryunosuke Kamiki as Kōichi Shikishima, Minami Hamabe as Noriko Ōishi, Yuki Yamada as Shirō Mizushima along with Munetaka Aoki, Hidetaka Yoshioka, Sakura Ando and Kuranosuke Sasaki in important roles.
After a long wait of nearly six months, 'Godzilla Minus One' is now finally streaming on Netflix. The film is available in Japanese language along with a dubbed version in English, Hindi, Tamil and other languages.
Viewers need to subscribe to the said streaming platform to watch the film. One needs to pay a minimum of Rs 149 to have a subscription on Netflix.
The movie is also available for rental services on platforms like Google Play, Vubiquity and others.
