Gladiator II Box Office Collection In India Falls Short Of The Sabarmati Report Earnings
The sequel to the 2000 hit film, 'Gladiator II', directed by Ridley Scott, had a lukewarm start in India. Released globally on 15 November 2024, the movie stars Paul Mescal as 'Lucius' and Pedro Pascal as 'Marcus'. Despite high expectations, it received mixed reviews from both audiences and critics.
In its opening weekend in India, 'Gladiator II' did not perform as well as anticipated. According to Sacnilk, the film earned approximately Rs 1.6 crore on its first day. On Saturday, there was a notable increase of 50%, with earnings reaching Rs 2.4 crore. However, Sunday saw a slight decline in collections.

By the end of its first weekend, 'Gladiator II' accumulated around Rs 6.14 crore in India. The movie had an English occupancy rate of 21.47% and a Hindi occupancy rate of 9.83% on Sunday, November 17, 2024.
