Meet Ghaziabad's Ruku Saini, a full-time mother in her 40s, who never imagined she could appeal to the masses. To her surprise, she has become a youth favourite on short video platforms. Today, Ruku even earns money for motivating youngsters through her content.
Growing up in a small town in Uttar Pradesh, Ruku got married in her early 20s and became a full-time mother soon after. Her content creation journey began with a modest aspiration to share her voice and inspire positivity, rooted in cultural values and traditions. Her small-town roots instilled a profound love for her heritage and the richness of Bharat.

Despite being a full-time mom and receiving no support from her immediate family, Ruku started her journey as a singer on an app, where she built a small following. Unfortunately, her Facebook page was hacked, and she lost all her followers. That did not deter her, as she persisted with her ambition.
She used her real-life experiences and started sharing them. From being a bride in her early 20s to being a mom in her late 20s, she opened up to her audience about how she overcame the problems she faced. Surprisingly, she attracted a younger crowd who found her content motivational. In fact, Ruku's popular videos have now enabled her to earn money on Josh. This is not via the typical method of brand sponsorships that most influencers on short video platforms use but via a unique program.
