The series revolves around Uorfi Javed, showcasing her work, family dynamics, and more. The camera follows her constantly, giving viewers a glimpse into her daily life. However, the show also focuses significantly on her sisters, Urusa, Asfi, and Dolly.

A considerable portion of the series centres on Urusa's ex-boyfriend rather than Uorfi's personal life. This focus might disappoint those more interested in Uorfi's relationships. The sibling fights are reminiscent of the Khan Sisters show featuring Gauahar and Nigaar Khan from years ago.

While there are moments that highlight Uorfi's softer side, such as her therapy sessions and emotional outpourings, these are few and far between. Most scenes depict her arguments with managers or conflicts with her sisters. The red carpet scene stands out as a highlight.

Even if we overlook the equal screen time given to Uorfi's sisters, Follow Kar Lo Yaar lacks entertainment value. It attempts to follow the footsteps of shows like The Kardashians, Khan Sisters, Fabulous Lives Of Bollywood Wives, and Moving In With Malaika but falls short of their engaging elements.

The show's structure does not captivate the audience as expected. Unlike its counterparts that had wow factors keeping viewers hooked, Follow Kar Lo Yaar fails to deliver the same level of excitement.
