Bollywood Director Farah Khan's Mother Menka Passes Away Post Birthday

Bollywood choreographer and director Farah Khan's mother, Menka, passed away on Friday, July 26, in Mumbai. Although the Tees Maar Khan director has not confirmed the news, media reports indicate that Menka breathed her last today.

Earlier this month, on July 12, Farah shared a touching post on Instagram to celebrate her mother's birthday. She described her mother as the 'bravest' person she knew and mentioned that Menka had undergone several surgeries.

"We all take our mothers for granted..especially me! This last month has been a revelation on how much i lov my mom Menka.. she s been the strongest, bravest person iv ever seen.. sense of humour intact even after multiple surgeries. Happy birthday mom! Today's a good day to come back home ♥️ can't wait for you to get strong enough to start fighting with me again.. i Lov u (sic)," the post read.
