Emergency Box Office Collection Day 4: Kangana Ranaut's Film Experiences Major Decline
The film "Emergency," featuring Kangana Ranaut, has been performing reasonably well at the box office since its release. Despite delays, this highly anticipated movie finally premiered and managed to surpass Rs. 10 crore in earnings. Produced with a budget of Rs. 60 crore, it recouped one-sixth of its costs within three days. However, on the fourth day, there was a noticeable decline in revenue, failing to reach even Rs. 1 crore on its first Monday.
On day four, "Emergency" collected Rs. 75 lakhs by 8 PM, according to early reports from Sacnilk. This marked a significant drop compared to day three when it earned Rs. 4.25 crore, reflecting an 18.06% increase from day two's Rs. 3.6 crore, which itself saw a 44% growth from the opening day's Rs. 2.5 crore collection. The domestic box office total now stands at Rs. 11.10 crore nett.

By the end of day three, the India nett collection reached Rs. 12.30 crore. On January 19, 2025, which was the third day of release, the film had an 18.96% occupancy rate for Hindi screenings, contributing to its global earnings.
"Emergency" features a star-studded cast including Anupam Kher, Shreyas Talpade, Mahima Chaudhry, Milind Soman, and Satish Kaushik alongside Kangana Ranaut who portrays Prime Minister Indira Gandhi. The film is directed and produced by Kangana under Manikarnika Films and Zee Studios.
