In the first playoff match, Lucknow Lions ended Haryanvi Hunters' unbeaten run with a decisive 52-run win. Elvish Yadav, captain of the Hunters, opted to field first after winning the toss. Despite an early setback with opener Akash Yadav's dismissal for 12 runs, Aman Deep Singh and Deepak Kumar Meena formed a formidable partnership, scoring 61 runs together.

Aman Deep Singh and Ashish Kumar Meena further strengthened the innings with a rapid 65-run stand for the fourth wicket. Apoorv Tiwari's explosive 40 not out off just eight balls propelled Lucknow to an impressive total of 198/5 in their allotted 10 overs.

Haryanvi Hunters faced difficulties from the outset as Harpal Saikia dismantled their top order, taking three wickets in his first over. Captain Elvish Yadav managed only six runs before being dismissed. Although Lalit Yadav and Moksh Murgul put up a brave fight with a 77-run partnership for the eighth wicket, they couldn't prevent defeat. The Hunters were bowled out for 146 in 8.4 overs, marking their first loss of the tournament.

In the Eliminator match, Punjab Veers chose to bat first but lost their opening wicket without scoring. Rahul Bisht and Anuj Nagar then led Punjab to a competitive score of 147/9 in their allotted overs. Vipin Bhardwaj was Mumbai's standout bowler with three wickets for 25 runs, while Suyyash Rai and Arham Abbasi took two wickets each.

Mumbai Disruptors faced early challenges chasing 148 but soon regained momentum through Aditya Singh Bhadoria and Abhishek Verma's solid partnership of 70 runs. Mudasar Khan then stole the show with an electrifying knock of 48 off just 13 balls, hitting four consecutive sixes to secure a thrilling four-wicket victory for Mumbai with seven balls remaining.

Ankit Nagar from Punjab Veers claimed three wickets for 27 runs during Mumbai's innings. With this win, Mumbai Disruptors will face Haryanvi Hunters in Qualifier 2 tomorrow at 8:30 PM. Lucknow Lions have already secured their spot in the grand finale scheduled for Sunday, September 22.
