From Child Actor To Doctor: Dr. Mickey Shares Insights On Krrish 4 And Bollywood Superheroes

Mickey Dhamejani, recognised for his role as Jr Krrish in the film Krrish, has recently gained attention for becoming a doctor. Dr. Mickey is now an eye surgeon. A few weeks ago, a reel featuring him discussing his journey from child actor to doctor went viral on social media, sparking widespread interest.

Filmibeat had the opportunity to speak with him about his transition from acting to medicine, future plans in movies, and more. They also took some comments from his Instagram and asked him to respond to them.

Krrish 4 has been a topic of discussion for many years. Although officially announced, the movie has yet to begin production. Fans are eagerly waiting to see Hrithik Roshan reprise his role as Krrish on the big screen. Hopefully, the film will be made soon!

When asked about the frequent question on social media regarding the release of Krrish 4, Mickey responded, "I don't have the answer. But, obviously Krrish as a franchise has been a milestone for our country. Koi Mil Gaya, Krrish, Krrish 3 are movies that defined Bollywood at its time. So, Krrish 4 could be our take on what's happening in superhero universe as compared to Marvel and DC."

He further added, "India is growing at a pace, so maybe this genre also we can pick up and get into that level and match with the world in terms of our graphics and our superhero definition, Hindi superhero."

When told that Indian cinema lacks many superheroes, Mickey optimistically said, "But we can. Never say never."

Regarding potential movie offers, Mickey mentioned, "Things are happening, there are talks. But it is too soon for now. Let's see, fingers crossed."
