Jatt & Juliet 3 Box Office Collection Day 1: The much-awaited third installment of the Jatt & Juliet series, starring Diljit Dosanjh and Neeru Bajwa, has finally hit the screens after a nine-year gap. Directed by Jagdeep Sidhu, the film also features Jasmin Bajwa, B.N. Sharma, Nasir Chinyoti, Rana Ranbir, BN Sharma, and Jaswinder Bhalla in prominent roles. This release has been eagerly anticipated by fans.
The trailer and songs of Jatt & Juliet 3 generated significant excitement among audiences. Upon release, the film received positive reviews from both critics and viewers. Fans praised Diljit's outstanding performance and his on-screen chemistry with Neeru. The movie had a strong start at the box office, setting a new record on its opening day.

Sacnilk reported that Jatt & Juliet 3 earned Rs 3.25 crores on its first day. This impressive figure suggests it might become Diljit's highest-grossing Punjabi opener to date. Additionally, the film surpassed the opening day collection of Diljit and Shehnaaz Gill's Honsla Rakh, which made Rs 2.52 crores.
Moreover, Jatt & Juliet 3 recorded the second-highest opening day collection for a Punjabi film, just behind Gippy Grewal and Sonam Bajwa's Carry On Jatta 3. For context, Carry On Jatta 3 amassed Rs 4.55 crores on its first day.
In an interview with News18, Diljit shared an interesting anecdote about almost rejecting Jatt & Juliet 3. He recounted his initial reluctance due to past issues with producer Darshan Singh Grewal during the making of the first Jatt & Juliet film. "When Jatt and Juliet 1 was being made, Darshan Singh Grewal - the producer of Jatt and Juliet - we had problems with each other," he said.
Diljit further explained how he intended to decline the offer in person but was taken aback by Grewal's gesture. "So when the movie offer came to me, I wanted to go and reject the film in person. I had gone to his office to refuse the offer because of our history," he added.
Upon arriving at Grewal's office, Diljit was surprised when Grewal signed a blank cheque in a dramatic fashion and insisted that he fill in any amount he desired to do the film. "When I reached his office, he signed a blank cheque in filmy style and told me, 'Paaji, fill the amount, I want to do a film with you.' I didn't foresee this," Diljit concluded.
This unexpected turn of events led Diljit to reconsider his decision and ultimately accept the role in Jatt & Juliet 3. The movie's success at the box office reflects this decision's positive outcome.
