Diljit Dosanjh's Delhi Concert Faces Backlash Over Poor Management And Fan Discontent
Diljit Dosanjh's Dil-luminati tour has become a major attraction for music enthusiasts across the country. The tour kicked off in Delhi, drawing massive crowds and selling numerous tickets. However, the event left some attendees dissatisfied due to organisational issues, leading to chaos and complaints about poor management.
Fans praised Diljit's energetic performances but criticised the event's organisation. One attendee shared on X, "The worst concert I've ever been to, facilities wise. Impossible to buy stuff and now I'm worried if I would even be able to buy stuff worth the amount in my 'concert' card." Another added, "The people who accepted payments have suddenly disappeared, the police also has no answers."

Another concertgoer expressed disappointment, stating, "Attended Diljit's concert, and while his performance was ????, the management was a complete fail. From entry to exit, it was chaos. In a time when delivering great experiences is key, this falls way short. #DoBetter #poormanagemet #badmanagement."
One fan lamented the lack of proper facilities: "Such a shame. No laws in India to treat humans like cattle. Organisers only focus is ripping off the fans. Horrible treatment. It's just packing 50,000 people in an area meant for 5,000 people and selling the tickets at the price of an iPhone."
Another attendee highlighted issues with washroom facilities: "For my female friends, washrooms were a disaster ❌no lighting ❌ unhygienic ❌and smelled terrible. Not at all what you'd expect after paying premium."
Complaints also arose about basic amenities being unavailable: "Beverages Cut Off. After a while, a fight broke out between the management and the crowd, leading to the beverage counters being shut down. There were no drinks or even water available after 9 PM."
The concert took place on October 26 at JLN Stadium where Diljit performed several hit songs and waved the Indian flag on stage. He is expected to perform again at the same venue on Sunday.
