Devara Hindi Box Office Collection Day 4: Jr NTR's Film Experiences Notable Decline On First Monday

Devara Box Office Collection Day 4 (Hindi): Devara Part 1, featuring Jr NTR, Janhvi Kapoor, and Saif Ali Khan, has been a major release this year. Directed by Koratala Siva, the Telugu action-drama premiered globally on 27th September 2024. Despite a strong start over the weekend, the film saw a notable drop in earnings on its first Monday.

Set in a fictional coastal village near hills, Devara received mostly positive feedback from both audiences and critics. This film marks the debut of Janhvi Kapoor and Saif Ali Khan in the Telugu cinema industry.

The movie had an impressive opening at the box office, collecting approximately Rs 82.5 crore across different languages. The Telugu version contributed Rs 73.25 crore, while Hindi brought in Rs 7.5 crore. Kannada, Tamil, and Malayalam versions added smaller amounts to the total.

The Hindi version of Devara saw significant growth during its opening weekend due to high anticipation. It earned Rs 9 crore on Saturday and Rs 10.5 crore on Sunday.

On its first Monday, Devara experienced a sharp decline of nearly 70% in collections according to Sacnilk reports. The film managed to earn around Rs 4 crore that day, bringing its total Hindi earnings to an estimated Rs 31 crore over four days.

Reportedly, Devara: Part 1 had a Hindi occupancy rate of about 12.73% on Monday, September 30, 2024.
