Celebrity trainer Anshuka Parwani shared insights into how Deepika Padukone stays fit during pregnancy. Speaking with NDTV Swirlster, she revealed their pre-natal routine tailored for each trimester to ensure both mother and baby remain healthy.

"It's not only how she is looking at the outside, and with Deepika, she is so in tune with herself so it's beautiful to work with someone who is already aware. So we are looking at a healthy time in her life where she is enjoying her pregnancy, she is moving, she's so active," added Anshuka Parwani.
