Deepika Padukone Celebrates Baby Girl's Arrival With New Luxurious Home In Mumbai
Deepika Padukone, a well-known Bollywood actress, has recently become a mother to a baby girl. This joyous occasion has led her to acquire a new luxurious apartment in Mumbai. The couple already possesses three opulent residences in the city. The latest purchase is strategically located next to her mother-in-law, Anju Bhavnani's home, which might be intended to keep the grandparents close to their grandchild.
The actress from "Kalki," Deepika Padukone, has invested in an extravagant property valued at Rs. 17.8 Crores. Reports suggest that the purchase was made under KA Enterprises, co-owned by her father, Prakash Padukone. The new apartment is adjacent to Ranveer Singh's mother's residence, leased to his sister Ritika and brother-in-law Jugjeet. Located on the 15th floor of Sagar Resham co-operative housing society in Bandra, Mumbai, the apartment spans 1,845 square feet. The transaction included Rs. 1.07 Crore in stamp duty and minimal registration fees.

In addition to this recent acquisition, Deepika and Ranveer own a sea-facing quadraplex near Shah Rukh Khan's Mannat. This property boasts an interior space of 11,266 square feet with an additional terrace area of 1,300 square feet and is reportedly valued at Rs. 119 Crore.
The couple also owns a four-bedroom apartment on the 26th floor of BeauMonde Towers in Prabhadevi. Initially purchased for Rs. 16 Crore in 2010, its current estimated value is around Rs. 42 Crore.
Moreover, Deepika and Ranveer possess a lavish bungalow worth Rs. 22 Crore in Alibaug. This five-bedroom house covers an expansive area of 18,000 square feet.
