Deadpool & Wolverine Near 100 Cr In India After First Week

Deadpool & Wolverine Box Office Collection Day 7 (India): Ryan Reynolds and Hugh Jackman starrer 'Deadpool & Wolverine' completed its first week of its theatrical journey in India on a marvelous note. Directed by Shawn Levy, the threequel - third installment in the Deadpool franchise after Deadpool (2016) and Deadpool 2 (2018) - the film hit cinemas globally on 26th July 2024. Deapool & Wolverine - based on Marvel - marks both Ryan and Hugh's debut in the Marvel Comics Universe (MCU).

The film, featuring Ryan Reynolds as Wade Wilson (Deadpool) and Hugh Jackman as James 'Logan' Howlett (Wolverine), had an impressive start at the Indian box office. On its opening day, it collected Rs 21 crore. The collection increased to Rs 22.64 crore on Saturday and Rs 22.3 crore on Sunday.

The movie experienced a significant drop on its first Monday but managed to hold strong at the box office throughout the week.

According to Sacnilk's latest report, the superhero comedy-action film earned around Rs5 crore on Thursday, bringing its total first-week collection in India to Rs89 .65crore.
