The latest Sacnilk report indicates that despite a significant drop on Monday, 'Deadpool & Wolverine' continues to perform at the box office. The film earned Rs 1.05 crore today (Tuesday). Given its current momentum, it is expected to approach the Rs 80-crore mark in India by day five.
Starring Ryan Reynolds as Wade Wilson aka Deadpool and Hugh Jackman as James 'Logan' Howlett aka Wolverine, 'Deadpool & Wolverine' collected Rs 21 crore on its first day in India. This made it the sixth highest Hollywood opener in the country. The movie earned Rs 22.65 crore on Saturday (day two) and Rs 22.3 crore on Sunday (day three). However, there was a sharp decline on Monday with collections dropping to Rs 6.75 crore. The total estimated collection for the film in India over four days stands at approximately Rs 72.7 crore.
Despite witnessing sharp drop on Monday, the film is continuing to maintain its hold at the ticket counter. According to the latest Sacnilk report, Deadpool & Wolverine has earned Rs 1.05 cr today (Tuesday) as of now. Given the current buzz, the film is expected to inch closer to the Rs 80-cr mark in India today (day 5).
