The drama began on the first day, leading to the season's first nomination task. Contestants were required to discard photos of two individuals they wished to nominate. The nomination process was private, and contestants were prohibited from discussing their choices. This has led to speculation about who will face the first nominations. Potential nominees include Sana Makbul, Sai Ketan Rao, Chandrika Dixit (Vada Pav Girl), Armaan Malik, and his wives Payal Malik and Kritika Malik.

Sana Makbul is already at risk after receiving her first feedback from Bigg Boss. The message hinted at her potential elimination as the "baaharwala." Reportedly, Bigg Boss stated, "Agar aap chahti hain ki audience ka aisa hi feedback aapko har roz milta rahe to thoda sa jaag jayeeye kyunki filhaal audience ko aapka information usage zyada pasand nahi aa raha. Aap bataur baaharwala fire hone ki kaagaar pe ho".
