Pranav Misshra Recalls Haunting Supernatural Experience At Jaipur Hospital Linked To Bhed Bharam

Pranav Misshra, known for his lead role in the 2023 hit film The Kerala Story, which earned over ₹303 crores, has teamed up again with director-producer Vipul Amrutlal Shah. Their latest venture, Bhed Bharam, is currently airing on Doordarshan and has become a massive success. The series has achieved record-breaking TRPs and is now the most-watched show of its time.

Produced by Vipul Amrutlal Shah and Aashin Shah, Bhed Bharam is a captivating crime thriller based on Hari Kishan Mehta's popular Gujarati novel. The show blends crime, horror, and supernatural elements. Pranav plays a challenging lead role that has captured the audience's attention.

Pranav shared a personal supernatural encounter from 2007: "My mother was admitted to Sawai Man Singh Hospital in Jaipur. Around 3 a.m., I had to collect some reports from the emergency lab. The path to the lab involved crossing a 150-200-meter passage between the emergency lab and the Neuro unit. As I walked through, I heard voices—what sounded like doctors talking and laughing."

"When I turned left towards the emergency lab, the voices grew louder. There was a slope ahead, typically used to transport patients on stretchers. Strangely, as I moved closer, the voices seemed to rise floor by floor. But when I finally reached the emergency lab, the noise abruptly stopped," he continued.

The next day, Pranav mentioned this incident to security guards who confirmed such occurrences were common at the hospital. Some people have even claimed to see doctors chatting in empty halls. Due to these incidents, a temple was built near the hospital," Pranav revealed.

"Ever since I have started shooting Bhed Bharam, my mother keeps joking and pulling pranks on me," Pranav added. She sometimes teases him during video calls by asking who is seated behind him in his car when there is no one there.

Besides The Kerala Story, Pranav showcased his versatility by portraying Azimullah Khan in Doordarshan's Swaraaj last year. Known for his diverse roles, fans can anticipate more intriguing projects from him soon.
