Tragic Car Accident In Mumbai Claims Life Of Ashwini Dhir's Son Jalaj At Just 18 Years Old

A tragic accident has claimed the life of Jalaj Dhir, the son of director Ashwini Dhir, known for "Son of Sardar." The incident occurred in Mumbai when Jalaj was involved in a car crash. He was travelling with three friends on the Western Express Highway near Ville Parle.

Reports indicate that Jalaj was only 18 years old. He and his friends were driving late at night from Bandra to Goregaon. Sahil Mendha, also 18, was behind the wheel. According to Free Press, Mendha was intoxicated when he lost control of the vehicle near Sahara Star Hotel. The car collided with a divider on the service road, leading to the fatal accident.

The Mumbai police have arrested Sahil Mendha following the crash. Blood tests confirmed that he had been drinking. Tragically, Jalaj and another friend, Sarth Kaushik, both 18, succumbed to their injuries after being taken to the hospital.

The fourth passenger in the car, Jedan Jimmy, also 18, survived the crash. This incident highlights the dangers of driving under the influence and its devastating consequences.
