Arjun Kapoor Stands By Malaika Arora In Mourning Of Her Father Anil Mehta

Arjun Kapoor was seen in a recent Instagram video supporting Malaika Arora after her father, Anil Mehta, passed away. Kareena Kapoor was also present. The video shows Arjun helping Malaika to her car, ensuring she sits safely with her son, Arhaan Khan. Malaika's sister, Amrita Arora, and Kareena Kapoor were also there.

Malaika Arora rushed to her parents' house in Bandra, Mumbai, upon hearing the news of her father's death. She was reportedly in Pune at the time. Her sister Amrita Arora arrived with her husband Shakeel Ladak to pay their respects. Malaika's former husband, actor-producer Arbaaz Khan, also offered condolences.

Arjun Kapoor reached Malaika's mother's residence earlier on Wednesday to support the grieving family. Malaika's son, Arhaan Khan, was seen leaving the building with his cousin Nirvaan Khan and aunt Amrita. He appeared visibly upset after losing his grandfather.

Other family members and friends who visited included Salim Khan, Helen, Seema Sajdeh, Sohail Khan, and Alvira Agnihotri. They came to offer their condolences to Malaika's mother after hearing about Anil Mehta's demise.

Malaika announced her father's death on Instagram on Wednesday. In her statement, she described him as a "gentle soul" and a "devoted grandfather." The cremation service is scheduled for September 12 at Santacruz Hindu Crematorium in Mumbai.

Kareena Kapoor was seen leaving the building with her sister Karisma Kapoor. The two sisters boarded their car together after paying their respects. The video capturing these moments has been widely shared on social media.

Malaika and Amrita paid their final goodbyes to their father at their mother Joyce Polycarp's residence in Bandra. Later that night, Arjun Kapoor helped Malaika reach her car as she left the house after her father's demise.

The tragic news of Anil Mehta's passing broke on the morning of September 11, 2024. Malaika and her family are going through a difficult time coping with this loss.
