Amitabh Bachchan's Hilarious First Impression Of Kalki 2898 AD Revealed
Amitabh Bachchan's First Reaction to Kalki 2898 AD: The anticipation for Kalki 2898 AD is palpable. The makers of Nag Ashwin's sci-fi drama hosted a grand pre-release event on June 19 in Mumbai. The star-studded cast, including Amitabh Bachchan, Kamal Haasan, Prabhas, and Deepika Padukone, attended the event.
Amitabh Bachchan portrays Ashwatthama in this VFX-heavy film. His first look as Ashwatthama has garnered significant attention.
During the pre-release event in Mumbai, when asked about his initial reaction to the script, Bachchan humorously said, "When Nagi (Nag Ashwin) came and explained to me the idea, for a long time after he'd left I was thinking what the hell has Nagi been drinking."
He further added, "To think of something like this, it's absolutely something outrageous and some of the visuals that you've seen just now are just unbelievable. During the making of the film we realized that he actually got all the material and effects every kind of vision that he had and that really has been an amazing experience. For me just to be a part of it has been a experience I will never forget."
Directed by Nag Ashwin, Kalki 2898 AD is one of the most anticipated releases this year. After multiple delays, the sci-fi action film is set to hit cinemas globally on June 27, 2024.
