A Forbes report indicates that Alien: Romulus will first be available on digital streaming through premium video on demand (PVOD) platforms like Prime Video, AppleTV+, and VUDU. As a 20th Century Studios release, it is expected to follow a 60-day gap between its theatrical release and OTT premiere similar to Disney's pattern.
