Akshay Kumar Steps Up For Bade Miyan Chote Miyan Crew Amid Payment Issues

Bade Miyan Chote Miyan: The big-budget film Bade Miyan Chote Miyan failed to impress at the box office. Recently, it has been in the news for negative reasons. Pooja Entertainment, the production company behind the multi-starrer film, faces accusations of not paying its stars and crew members. Several crew members have also made similar allegations against the producers.

Last week, reports surfaced that actors like Tiger Shroff, Sonakshi Sinha, Alaya F, and Manushi Chillar had not received their payments. Additionally, BN Tiwari, president of the Federation of Western India Cine Employees (FWICE), stated that Vashu Bhagnani still owes over ₹65 lakh to crew members from three films: Mission Raniganj, Ganapath, and Bade Miyan Chote Miyan.

Akshay Supports Film Crew Financially

In light of these allegations, Akshay Kumar requested Jackky Bhagnani to withhold his payment until all dues to the cast and crew are settled. Jackky Bhagnani runs the production house with his father, Vashu Bhagnani. He released an official statement addressing their financial difficulties.

Jackky mentioned, "Akshay sir met me recently to discuss this matter. Upon learning about this situation, Akshay sir didn't hesitate to step forward and show his support for the crew. He has insisted that his payments be placed on hold until every single crew member working on our projects receive their full and final payment".

Jackky further added, "We are incredibly grateful for Akshay sir's understanding and his willingness to stand with us during this time. The movie business hinges on strong relationships and that is the spirit we strive to foster in the industry."

The financial troubles faced by Pooja Entertainment have brought significant attention to Bade Miyan Chote Miyan. Despite being a high-profile project with a star-studded cast, it has struggled both commercially and financially.

The involvement of prominent actors like Akshay Kumar highlights the gravity of the situation. His decision to defer his payment underscores his commitment to ensuring fair treatment for all involved in the film's production.

The ongoing issues have sparked discussions within Bollywood about financial transparency and accountability in film productions. The industry's reliance on strong professional relationships is evident in how such matters are handled publicly.

As these developments unfold, they serve as a reminder of the importance of ethical practices in filmmaking. Ensuring timely payments and addressing financial concerns promptly can help maintain trust and integrity within the industry.
