Akshay Kumar returns to comedy with 'Khel Khel Mein' after years of intense roles. Directed by Mudassar Aziz, this comedy-drama is Akshay's 10th Independence Day release. Today marks a significant clash as 'Khel Khel Mein', John Abraham's 'Vedaa', and Shraddha Kapoor-Rajkummar Rao's 'Stree 2' hit cinemas simultaneously.

The film features an impressive cast including Akshay Kumar, Taapsee Pannu, Vaani Kapoor, Ammy Virk, Fardeen Khan, Aditya Seal, and Pragya Jaiswal. It is a Hindi remake of the 2016 Italian film 'Perfect Strangers'. The story centres on a group of friends who gather for dinner and end up revealing secrets about each other.

Although the exact budget for 'Khel Khel Mein' hasn't been disclosed, it is believed to be around Rs 200 crores. Major portions of the film were shot in London and Udaipur.

'Stree 2' starring Shraddha Kapoor and Rajkummar Rao is anticipated to be the year's biggest film. Since its announcement, fans have shown immense excitement.
