Jasmine Paolini To Stay Positive Despite Wimbledon Final Defeat
Jasmine Paolini aims to maintain her positive outlook despite experiencing her second consecutive grand slam final loss to Barbora Krejcikova at Wimbledon. Last month, Paolini was defeated by Iga Swiatek in the French Open final and faced a similar outcome on Centre Court.

After an intense match, Paolini shared a heartfelt embrace with Krejcikova at the net. Krejcikova became the seventh different winner in as many Wimbledon finals. Despite her disappointment, Paolini expressed gratitude towards her team and supporters for their unwavering support during what she described as a "crazy" two-month period.
"To see this stadium full is a dream come true. Barbora, you played unbelievable. You play such beautiful tennis. Congrats to you and your team," said Paolini. She continued, "The last two months have been crazy for me. I want to thank my team, my family. They always support me and I wouldn't be here without them."
Paolini also acknowledged the crowd's incredible support, saying, "The crowd have been amazing. I received a lot of support. Just incredible to feel the love from them. I enjoy it so much." Despite her sadness over the loss, she tried to keep smiling, recognising that reaching the Wimbledon final was still a significant achievement.

"Today I am a little bit sad. I try to keep smiling because I have to remember today is still a good day. I made the final of Wimbledon," she reflected. Recalling her childhood memories of watching Federer in Wimbledon finals, she added, "It's been a beautiful two weeks and I want to thank everyone who made it possible."
