Dubai Duty Free Tennis Championships 2026: Early Bird Tickets Go On Sale Tomorrow

Starting today, tennis enthusiasts have the opportunity to secure their seats for the Dubai Duty Free Tennis Championships 2026, taking advantage of an early bird discount. The promotion offers a 20% discount on ticket prices for the tournament's initial three days, allowing access to matches featuring numerous top 20 female players globally, with prices starting from as low as Dh52 per day.

The Dubai Duty Free Tennis Championships, a highlight in the emirate's sporting calendar, spans two weeks from February 15-28 next year. The event, hosted at the Dubai Duty Free Tennis Stadium, will showcase a week of WTA 1000 women's tennis followed by a week of ATP 500 men's competition. Since achieving WTA 1000 status in 2023, the women's tournament is anticipated to draw the sport's 20 leading players, provided they are fit to participate.

Early Bird Tickets for Dubai Tennis Championships

Spectators can look forward to witnessing stellar performances from top tennis talents, including World No.1 Aryna Sabalenka, six-time Grand Slam victor Iga Swiatek, the young American sensation Coco Gauff, and the current Dubai champion Mirra Andreeva. These athletes are expected to grace the courts during the tournament's early days, offering fans thrilling on-court action.

As the tournament commemorates the 26th and 34th anniversaries of the women's and men's events, respectively, attendees revisiting the well-known Al Garhoud stadium will notice significant redevelopment and expansion efforts. These improvements include the addition of a new 2,000-seat Court 1 and plans to increase the Centre Court's capacity by 50% for the 2027 event.

"The Dubai Duty Free Tennis Championships has been one of Dubai's flagship sporting events since the 1990s, welcoming the game's best men and, later, women players," said Ramesh Cidambi, managing director of Dubai Duty Free. He highlighted the continuous efforts to enhance the event, ensuring it remains a world-class spectacle for players, officials, and spectators alike.

Tickets for both the women's and men's tournaments are available for purchase starting October 8 on the official website and Ticketmaster AE. Prices for regular tickets range from Dh65 to Dh990, with the early bird offer available for a limited period.

Tournament director Salah Tahlak expressed confidence in the quality of the upcoming tournaments, citing the depth of talent displayed in women's tennis at Dubai. He recounted Mirra Andreeva's historic victory, where she emerged as the youngest WTA 1000 champion, defeating top-ranked players. Tahlak anticipates another two weeks of exceptional tennis, showcasing strong line-ups in both women's and men's categories.
