Sebastian Bates, the Founder of the Warrior Academy and the mind behind the Confidence Accelerator Programme, is a two-time best-selling author and philanthropist. His programme, inspired by his book 'The Warrior Method', concentrates on nurturing Confidence, Conduct, and Concentration in youths. This promising venture has already shown substantial success, with parents reporting an 82% average increase in their child's confidence within a year and a notable improvement in focus and exam grades.

The recent launch in the UAE is supported by a study highlighting the daily challenges faced by 1,000 parents, including the need to spend quality family time and improve their child's behaviour and confidence. Bates emphasizes the importance of character development in children, stating that confidence, concentration, and conduct form the core of a child's character. The Confidence Accelerator Programme employs meditation, mindfulness, and engaging exercises to address these aspects effectively.

With an overwhelming demand from parents and an 800-strong waiting list for the new academy, Bates announced the opening of an additional 100 places, reflecting the community's anticipation and support. The Warrior Academy's approach, integrating Freestyle Taekwondo, underscores the holistic benefits of martial arts, including character development, confidence building, and physical health.

Parents interested in the Confidence Accelerator Programme are encouraged to visit the Warrior Academy's website or the new Arjan dojo for more information on how to enrol their children and contribute to their holistic development.
