Saudi Media Academy Unveils First Batch Of Training Courses For 2025 In Media Planning And Athlete Preparation

The Saudi Media Academy, located in Mohammed Bin Salman Nonprofit City, has introduced its initial set of training courses for 2025. These include a media planning course accredited by ESCP and a program to prepare athletes for media appearances. The academy aims to equip participants with essential skills for effective communication and media engagement.

The media planning course was conducted in person. It covered crucial stages such as defining messages, analysing target audiences, and measuring campaign effectiveness. Participants learned to use artificial intelligence tools to enhance their media communication skills. They were also encouraged to innovate in designing campaigns and evaluating their performance.

The program designed for athletes focused on enhancing their media appearance skills. It included steps for effective engagement, principles of public speaking, and practical exercises on conducting interviews. This training aimed to prepare athletes thoroughly for various media interactions.

Upcoming Negotiation Course

At the end of January, the academy will introduce a new course on mastering negotiation and influence. Accredited by the University of Massachusetts, it will feature 83 recorded lectures, 12 discussion sessions, nine projects, and guidance from two expert advisors. This course is designed to improve participants' negotiation skills with professionalism.

As the Ministry of Media's training arm, the Saudi Media Academy is committed to nurturing skilled professionals in the field. It provides advanced training opportunities that align with global standards. These efforts support Saudi Vision 2030's goal of positioning the Kingdom as a centre for innovation and research.
