Gulf Land Property Partners With Tonino Lamborghini For Upscale Residential Community In Dubai

Gulf Land Property Developers has announced a strategic partnership with Tonino Lamborghini Group to develop an upscale residential community in Dubai. This collaboration aims to combine Tonino Lamborghini's 40-year design legacy with Gulf Land's expertise in luxury living projects like Paradise Hills and Serenity Lakes.

According to Savills, the global property market has slowed, particularly in the US and EU, due to rising interest rates. However, Dubai's market defied this trend in 2023, recording a rise of more than 36.7% in value and 33.8% in the number of transactions compared to the same period in 2022. Branded residences have shown resilience, with an increase of over 160% in the number of schemes in the last decade.

Project Details

Rami Shamma, Vice President of Sales & Marketing at Gulf Land Property Developers, revealed that the community will cover approximately 750,000 sq ft of gross floor area. It will comprise two buildings with six floors each and two buildings with twelve floors each. Each building will have two parking levels and offer a range of 1-bedroom to 4-bedroom apartments.

The materials, interior design, fittings, and kitchens will come from Tonino Lamborghini's design studios. This sets a new standard in quality and attention to detail. "We are experiencing exponential growth and with this project we are moving the company to the next level of success," Shamma added.
