Donate A Device: Dubai Police And Digital School Unite To Boost Education Initiatives

The Dubai Police General Command has signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) with the "Digital School" initiative, a global initiative of Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, to support digital community initiatives. The MOU includes the "Donate a Device" initiative, which aims to launch a new digital platform for learning and expand educational opportunities for less fortunate communities worldwide.

The MOU was signed by Major General Dr. Muhammad Nasser Al Razouqi, Director of the General Department of Operations at the Dubai Police General Command, and Dr. Walid Al Ali, Secretary General of the Digital School. The signing took place at the "DIHAD" exhibition at the World Trade Center, in the presence of Brigadier General Ali Al Mansouri, Director of the General Department of Community Happiness, and other officials from both parties.

The signing of the MOU reflects the commitment of both parties to achieve the Dubai Government's vision of improving the quality of life and strengthening strategic partnerships. It aims to integrate efforts, exchange best practices and institutional experiences, promote participation in community initiatives, and enhance the services provided by the Digital School to support digital education in communities.

The "Donate a Device" initiative aims to recycle used devices, refurbish them, and provide them to needy students around the world. Brigadier General Ali Al Mansouri praised the initiative and its goals, which align with the directives of Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum.
