ROSHN Group And Cognita Middle East Sign MoU for Premium Saudi Schools
Cognita Middle East, a key player in the global education sector, has entered into a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with ROSHN Group. This collaboration aims to establish top-tier educational facilities in Saudi Arabia. ROSHN Group is a prominent real estate developer in the Kingdom and is backed by the Public Investment Fund (PIF).
The agreement was formalised during Cityscape Global 2025 held in Riyadh. This partnership highlights ROSHN Group's dedication to diversifying its offerings and enhancing its long-term growth strategy across various sectors.

Under this MoU, both parties plan to work together on developing Build-to-Suit Private Schools, which will be managed by Cognita Middle East. Their goal is to create an innovative learning environment that aligns with Saudi Arabia's vision of providing exceptional educational experiences and attracting international education brands.
