ADEK Launches Rayah: A Digital Platform Enhancing Parental Engagement In Education

The Abu Dhabi Department of Education and Knowledge (ADEK) has introduced "Rayah," a digital platform aimed at involving parents more deeply in their children's education. This announcement was made during ADEK's participation at the 45th GITEX Global event, held from 13-17 October at the Dubai World Trade Centre. The platform was showcased at the Abu Dhabi Government pavilion, highlighting ADEK's commitment to enhancing parental engagement in education.

Rayah transforms how parents interact with their children's education in Abu Dhabi. It offers a unified, smart gateway that provides families with educational insights and opportunities. This empowers them to actively support their children's learning and development. The platform shifts from passive updates to personalised, real-time engagement, helping each child thrive in a future-ready learning environment.

With Rayah, parents can track attendance, grades, and school performance instantly. This real-time visibility into academic progress allows for early intervention if attendance drops or performance changes occur. Parents receive alerts before these issues impact learning outcomes, enabling proactive support for their children’s education.

The platform also allows parents to monitor and compare progress through access to standardised assessments, results, and achievements on one platform. By benchmarking performance across Abu Dhabi by region, curriculum, and school fee category, parents can understand progress better and guide improvement effectively.

Rayah provides trusted performance reports that include ADEK policy compliance, Irtiqaa outcomes, and the National Identity Mark. These reports offer a clear view of school quality, aiding parents in making smarter decisions regarding school choices for their children.

Additionally, Rayah sends timely notifications linking families to school calendars and key events. This strengthens collaboration between schools and families, fostering a more connected educational community.
