Global Council For Tolerance Emphasises Religious Leaders' Role In Sustainability And Environmental Protection
The Global Summit of Religious Leaders in Baku highlighted the crucial role of religious figures in fostering dialogue, tolerance, and peace. Sahiba Gafarova, Speaker of the Azerbaijani Milli Majlis (Parliament), met with Al Jarwan to discuss the summit's importance in tackling urgent global issues. They explored how religions play a vital role in addressing climate change, one of today's most pressing challenges. Gafarova highlighted Azerbaijan's long-standing commitment to cultural diversity, tolerance, and interfaith dialogue.
