MOBH Holding Group Leads With AI-Driven Workforce Innovation In The UAE

Mohammed Omar Bin Haider (MOBH) Holding Group has embedded artificial intelligence directly into its organisational structure, formally appointing AI-powered roles across multiple departments. The UAE-based group has introduced AI robots as part of its workforce, creating a dual model in which human and AI employees work side by side to improve speed, precision, and scalability.

According to the Group, these AI-driven entities are recognised as structured members of staff, with defined responsibilities, formal job titles, and graded positions within an internal framework. This move positions MOBH among the first organisations in the UAE to adopt AI as an integrated workforce layer rather than a purely supporting tool.

Mr. Rashed Mohammed Omar Bin Haider, Deputy Chairman of MOBH Holding Group, said that “AI is no longer a future concept but a present reality shaping how organizations operate and compete.
