ZainTECH Unveils “What’s Next Is Now” as It Accelerates Regional Digital Expansion

ZainTECH has refreshed its brand promise to “What’s next is now” as it moves into a new phase of regional expansion and integrated digital services. The company, which operates as the digital solutions arm of Zain Group, said the updated positioning reflects its work with more than 1,600 enterprise and government customers across the region.

The change follows the unification of STS Arabia, BIOS Middle East and Adfolks under the ZainTECH business. The integration gives the company a single market identity after a period of acquisitions, office expansion and the launch of operations in Egypt. ZainTECH now presents itself as a regional ICT partner focused on cloud, cybersecurity, data, artificial intelligence, digital solutions, infrastructure, drones and robotics.

ZainTECH rebranding update and regional technology expansion

ZainTECH brand shift follows regional consolidation

The brand evolution is more than a marketing update for ZainTECH. It signals an attempt to simplify how the company takes its combined capabilities to market after bringing several specialised technology businesses under one umbrella. For enterprise and government customers, this can matter because large digital transformation programmes often require multiple services to work together, rather than separate vendors operating in isolation.

ZainTECH said its regional presence now spans eight countries. Alongside its new Egypt operations, the company has invested in scaling offices in the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Jordan, Iraq and Bahrain. The expansion comes as organisations in the Middle East continue to increase spending on cloud adoption, cybersecurity, data platforms and automation to support public-sector modernisation and private-sector growth.

Andrew Hanna, CEO of ZainTECH, said the company’s updated promise reflects a shift from future planning to practical implementation. “For years, organizations have talked about preparing for what comes next. Today, the technologies shaping that future are already transforming the way businesses operate,” he said.

Hanna added that the company’s evolution brings together “the capabilities, expertise and regional presence” needed to help customers act on these opportunities. He said the Digital. Intelligent. Resilient. framework reflects ZainTECH’s strategy and the outcomes it is focused on delivering. The “What’s next is now” promise, he said, is about turning technology into meaningful business outcomes.

Digital, Intelligent, Resilient framework explained

ZainTECH’s refreshed proposition is built around three customer outcomes: Digital, Intelligent and Resilient. The “Digital” pillar covers modernisation through cloud, infrastructure, connectivity, applications and automation. This is aimed at helping organisations replace fragmented legacy systems, improve scalability and support faster deployment of services across markets and departments.

The “Intelligent” pillar centres on artificial intelligence, data and analytics. For governments and large enterprises, the value lies in turning stored information into usable insights. That can support better decisions in areas such as customer engagement, operational performance, public services, risk monitoring and internal productivity. ZainTECH is positioning this capability as a practical layer of transformation, not only a technology upgrade.

The “Resilient” pillar covers cybersecurity, managed services and digital infrastructure designed to support business continuity. This is increasingly important for organisations that depend on always-on services, connected operations and hybrid technology environments. As cyber risks become more complex, resilience is no longer limited to protection from attacks. It also includes recovery, monitoring, governance and the ability to keep essential services running.

By presenting these three pillars together, ZainTECH is aiming to address a common problem in regional technology projects. Many organisations adopt new tools without fully connecting them to business continuity, data strategy or operational change. A unified framework gives customers a clearer way to evaluate whether modernisation efforts are improving performance, intelligence and resilience at the same time.

Egypt launch adds to ZainTECH expansion

The launch of ZainTECH operations in Egypt is a key part of the company’s next growth stage. Egypt has a large enterprise base, a sizeable public sector and an expanding technology services market. For regional ICT providers, the country offers opportunities in digital government, financial services, telecom-linked solutions, managed infrastructure and cybersecurity services.

Hanna said the Egypt expansion reflects confidence in opportunities across enterprise and government sectors. “Our expansion into Egypt is an important part of our growth journey, reflecting our confidence in the significant opportunities we see in the market across the enterprise and government sectors,” he said.

The wider expansion also strengthens ZainTECH’s ability to serve customers with regional operations. Large businesses and government-linked entities often need consistent technology standards across multiple markets, while still meeting local regulatory, security and operational requirements. A broader office network can help technology providers support delivery, service management and customer engagement closer to where projects are being implemented.

ZainTECH’s portfolio also reflects how enterprise digital demand is changing. Cloud and cybersecurity remain core priorities, but organisations are increasingly looking at automation, analytics, AI-enabled decision-making and modern infrastructure as connected requirements. The inclusion of drones and robotics indicates the company is also targeting advanced use cases in sectors such as infrastructure, utilities, logistics, inspection, security and industrial operations.
