Samsung To Showcase Galaxy AI Innovations At MWC 2024 With New Products

Samsung Electronics Co., Ltd. is poised to redefine mobile experiences with the introduction of Galaxy AI technology at the forthcoming Mobile World Congress (MWC) 2024 in Barcelona, Spain. The electronics giant will offer visitors an immersive, hands-on experience with its latest Galaxy products, showcasing the integration of AI across its portfolio. The spotlight will be on the Galaxy S24 series, which is set to lead the charge into a groundbreaking era of mobile AI, along with the Galaxy Book4 series, Galaxy Watch6 series and the unveiling of the Galaxy Ring.

TM Roh, President and Head of Mobile eXperience Business at Samsung Electronics, highlighted the transformative impact of these innovations. "Our latest Galaxy products and innovations unlock the power of mobile AI to empower users in their everyday lives to open up new possibilities," Roh stated. This year's MWC will serve as a platform to demonstrate the extensive capabilities of Galaxy AI, emphasizing its role in forging a smarter, more interconnected future.

Among the AI features showcased will be Live Translate, enabling real-time, two-way phone call translations, Circle to Search with Google for intuitive searching, Note Assist for text management, and Generative Edit for photo customisation. These features aim to enhance user communication, creativity, and productivity, illustrating the potential of AI in everyday situations.

Additionally, Samsung will create a unique space to exhibit the advanced camera performance of the Galaxy S24 series. This includes demonstrating its Nightography capabilities, bolstered by the AI-based ProVisual Engine for superior low-light photography.

Expanding Galaxy AI Across the Portfolio

Samsung is set to extend these Galaxy AI features to earlier models, including the Galaxy Z Fold5, Z Flip5, Tab S9 series, and the Galaxy S23 series. The Galaxy Book4 series, launching globally from February 26, will also be featured, showcasing seamless connectivity and enhanced productivity across devices.

Enhancing Health and Wellness with AI

At MWC, Samsung will also focus on intelligent health solutions, presenting a lineup designed to offer personalized and seamless wellness experiences through AI. The Galaxy Ring, a new health-centric device, will be introduced, aiming to simplify daily wellness routines through the Samsung Health platform.

Future health features such as My Vitality Score and Booster Card will be displayed, offering personalized health insights and actionable wellness advice. These will be demonstrated on the Galaxy Watch6 series, highlighting the integration of health and technology prior to their public launch.

Additionally, leveraging its SmartThings ecosystem, Samsung will showcase how AI can transform the home into a healthier living space. This includes controlling connected lights for optimal sleep, setting reminders for medication, and tracking fitness activities in real-time on a connected TV.
