Panasonic Introduces SMART CARE Digital Service App In Kuwait, Adds 3-Month Warranty
Panasonic has introduced its SMART CARE App in Kuwait, a digital platform for service and warranty support. This makes it easier for customers to request service and claim warranty on their Panasonic products. As the first brand in the region to offer a digital warranty system, Panasonic has eliminated the need for physical invoice copies and warranty cards with the Smart Care App.
The app, which was launched on 24th June, allows customers, dealers, and service centres to communicate all service-related matters and claim warranty seamlessly. Those signing up during the introductory period will receive an additional three-month extended warranty on any consumer product within six months of purchase registered on the Panasonic SMART CARE App.

Compatibility and Features
The user-friendly app is compatible with Android and iOS devices and can be downloaded for free from the app/play store by searching "Panasonic Smart Care". The SMART CARE App serves as a one-stop window to manage Panasonic product warranties and service requests without needing any purchase invoice or warranty card. Customers will receive paperless warranty support upon registering a product through the app, a first in the region.
Key features of the app include checking product warranty status, requesting and tracking services, locating nearest service centres, using smart assistance, and receiving timely reminders and alerts for warranty expiry.
