Microsoft has introduced its latest Surface Pro 11th Edition and Surface Laptop 7th Edition in the UAE, featuring their advanced CoPilot+ PCs. These new devices aim to enhance productivity with innovative AI capabilities.
The Surface CoPilot+ PCs are part of Microsoft's cutting-edge AI-driven computing solutions. Powered by the new Snapdragon X Elite and X Plus processors, these devices deliver over 40 trillion operations per second (TOPS), ensuring remarkable speed and efficiency. "We have seen an incredible pace of AI transformation with solutions such as Microsoft CoPilot allowing us to do things that we never dreamed possible," said Adam Labancz, Surface Category Manager at Microsoft UAE.
AI-powered performance
These new Surface devices are designed to boost productivity with their advanced AI features. The CoPilot+ PCs include functionalities like Recall, Cocreator, and Live Captions. Recall helps users quickly find any information viewed on their PC, while Cocreator refines AI images in real time. Live Captions can translate videos from 44 languages into English, including Arabic.
The Surface Pro 11th Edition offers a stunning optional OLED display in a slim and lightweight design, making it ideal for users on the go. It supports Wi-Fi 7 and can connect to up to three 4k monitors, providing seamless performance in various environments. Meanwhile, the Surface Laptop 7th Edition features a redesigned body with brighter displays, razor-thin bezels, more connectivity options, and an impressive battery life of up to 22 hours.
Innovative features
Security is a major focus for the new Surface CoPilot+ PCs. Adam Labancz stated, "At Microsoft, we believe that the best way to secure information on a PC is to secure the whole PC itself." These devices are Secured-core PCs with advanced security measures such as firmware safeguards, dynamic root-of-trust measurement, and the Microsoft Pluton security processor. Windows Hello Enhanced Sign-in Security (ESS) is also included for secure biometric sign-ins without passwords.
The Microsoft Surface Pro 11th Edition and Surface Laptop 7th Edition CoPilot+ PCs will be available in the UAE starting from August 27. The Surface Pro will start at an estimated retail price of Dhs4,099, while the Surface Laptop will be available from Dhs3,999.

Cocreator refines AI images in real time while Live Captions translate videos from 44 languages into English including Arabic.
