The Association of Talent Development (ATD) and QnA International, in collaboration with the Department of Culture and Tourism – Abu Dhabi, have unveiled a pioneering initiative at the outset of the ATD Middle East Conference. This initiative features the introduction of an innovative bot designed by Fractal for Dr. Marshall Goldsmith, recognized globally as the top Executive Coach and Leadership Thinker. The unveiling took place on June 4, marking a significant moment at the conference's commencement in Abu Dhabi.
Dr. Goldsmith, a distinguished thought leader and author of over 30 leadership books, has introduced the MG Bot – an AI Avatar that encapsulates his extensive knowledge and expertise. Designed to offer leadership and management advice around the clock, the MG Bot mirrors Dr. Goldsmith's insights, making his guidance accessible to leaders globally, 24/7. This development was showcased by Dr. Goldsmith himself at the conference, highlighting the bot's capability to provide continuous access to his advice and wisdom.

The conference began with an opening address by Adnan Al Awadhi, Executive Director of the Department of Tourism and Culture, Abu Dhabi, followed by a fireside chat featuring Dr. Goldsmith and Mark Thompson, the world's leading CEO Coach. This session also served as the platform for the official launch of the Talk To Marshall Goldsmith initiative.
