Bayut's New AI Tool Is Making UAE Real Estate Valuations More Accurate

Bayut, the UAE's property portal, has collaborated with the Dubai Land Department (DLD) to develop an AI-powered tool called TruEstimate. This innovative service provides accurate property valuations and data-driven insights into the real estate market, aiming to transform how homeowners, property sellers, buyers, and agents interact with the dynamic UAE real estate landscape.

TruEstimate utilises advanced artificial intelligence technologies to address the need for increased transparency in Dubai's real estate sector. It analyses extensive transactional data from the DLD and property listings, empowering investors with informed decision-making capabilities. This partnership also supports Dubai's 'Services 360' policy, which aims to streamline service delivery by integrating data systems across government entities.

The UAE property market has experienced significant growth recently, with Dubai alone witnessing Dh200bn worth of transactions in just six months. This rapid surge highlights the need for accurate and timely property valuations.
