AGDA Joins Forces With Med-Or Foundation To Elevate Higher Education And Research
In a significant move to enhance collaboration in higher education and research, the Anwar Gargash Diplomatic Academy (AGDA), a prestigious diplomatic institution based in Abu Dhabi, has entered into a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Med-Or Foundation. This partnership marks a milestone in fostering international cooperation between the UAE and Italy in the realms of academia and diplomatic studies.
The MoU was officially signed by Dr. Mohammed Ibrahim Al Dhaheri, AGDA’s Deputy Director-General, and Domenico Marco Minniti, Chairman of the Med-Or Foundation. The ceremony was graced by the presence of Abdulla Ali Al Subousi, UAE Ambassador to the Republic of Italy, alongside senior officials from both organizations. This agreement is set to expand the horizons for students by facilitating the exchange of information, research papers, and studies in areas of mutual expertise. Furthermore, it aims to encourage collaborative efforts in organizing joint events and seminars on topics of shared interest.

The collaboration was inaugurated following a lecture delivered in Rome, attended by AGDA students, focusing on "Africa, geopolitics - security". This initiative aligns with AGDA’s mission to enhance knowledge sharing and international expertise exchange, thereby contributing significantly to the global diplomatic community.
This partnership between AGDA and the Med-Or Foundation is not just a testament to the growing ties between the UAE and Italy but also a step forward in creating a more interconnected and informed global diplomatic network. Through such collaborations, both institutions aim to enrich the educational experience of their students and equip them with a broader understanding of international relations and geopolitics.
As this MoU unfolds, it promises to open new avenues for students and researchers alike, offering them unparalleled opportunities to delve into diverse geopolitical issues while fostering a culture of mutual learning and cooperation. This initiative is expected to pave the way for further collaborations that will benefit not only the two institutions but also contribute to the broader field of diplomatic studies.
