New Partnership Aims To Enhance Hearing Solutions For People Of Determination
Zayed Higher Organisation for People of Determination (ZHO) has entered into a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Topland People of Determination Equipment, representing "We Hear Innovations Private Limited." This partnership aims to establish a workshop dedicated to producing high-quality hearing solutions for individuals with hearing impairments. The products will include various medical ear devices and their charging units.
The hearing solutions produced under this agreement will carry the "Bee" brand, a distinctive mark for products designed for People of Determination. These items will also bear the label "Made in the United Arab Emirates by Zayed Higher Organisation," ensuring local production and quality assurance. The MoU was signed by Abdullah Al Humaidan, ZHO Secretary-General, and Andy Faulkner, CEO of Topland, at ZHO's production centre in Bahia, Abu Dhabi.

Both parties have committed to developing a market for these hearing solutions and expanding the product line. ZHO will equip the manufacturing unit and produce the items under Topland's guidance, which will provide the necessary raw materials. Additionally, they will collaborate on marketing strategies to grow their business in the region.
Al Humaidan highlighted that this initiative aims to keep pace with modern technological advancements. It seeks to enhance the skills and capabilities of People of Determination, enabling them to work and produce in various fields that meet both local and global market demands. He stressed that integrating People of Determination into various sectors is crucial for building inclusive communities.
The organisation is actively implementing strategies to place People of Determination in jobs across different sectors. This includes creating job opportunities and integrating them into the labour market. Faulkner added that this agreement would generate more job opportunities in the industrial sector by producing affordable assistive products.
Ambitious Sales Targets
Topland will assist ZHO in acquiring suitable machinery for manufacturing these hearing solutions. The goal is to achieve annual sales exceeding 10,000 units within the first year. This ambitious target underscores the commitment of both parties to making a significant impact in the market for assistive devices.
This collaboration marks a significant step towards empowering People of Determination through employment and skill development. By focusing on local production and quality assurance, it aims to meet growing demands while fostering an inclusive community.
